AN ORDINANCE, appropriating a total of One Hundred
Twenty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($129,500.00) to be
funded as follows: Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) from the
Ellisville Operating Fund, Thirty-four Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($34,500.00) from the St. Louis County Sewer Operating
Fund, Sixty-one Thousand Dollars ($61,000.00) from the Bonfils
Operating Fund, and Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the
Sugar Creek Operating Fund, to be used for Phase III of sewer
rehabilitation and/or sewer cleaning in each service area
respectively; and confirming a contract with Odesco Industrial
Services, Inc. for Phase III of the aforesaid rehabilitation
and/or sewer cleaning, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the
Plan of the District.
WHEREAS, the bid for Phase III of said rehabilitation
and/or sewer cleaning is One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($119,600.00) and the cost of additional work and
contingencies is Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($9,900.00),
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-nine
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($129,500.00) to be funded as

follows: Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) from the
Ellisville Operating Fund, Thirty-four Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($34,500.00) from the St. Louis County Sewer Operating
Fund, Sixty-one Thousand Dollars ($61,000.00) from the Bonfils
Operating Fund, and Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the
Sugar Creek Operating Fund, to be used for Phase III of sewer
rehabilitation and/or sewer cleaning in each service area
respectively.
Section Two. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Odesco Industrial Services, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for Phase III of sewer rehabilitation
and/or sewer cleaning in the Ellisville, St. Louis County Sewer,
Bonfils and Sugar Creek Service Areas, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of March,
1991 and formally executed on the 9th day of April, 1991 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed, in compliance with
Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
