AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($83,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Blackjack-Dellwood for the
District's share of the costs of the Starlight Dr. #1521 & #1485
stormwater project, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is part of St. Louis County,
Missouri's $5 Million Stormwater Bond Issue Program, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6994, adopted March 11, 1987,
authorized the District's participation in said Program, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri's share of the
project costs is Eighty-three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars
($83,300.00), and
WHEREAS, the total cost for the Starlight Dr. #1521 &
#1485 stormwater project is One Hundred Sixty-six Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($166,600.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($83,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Blackjack-Dellwood for the District's share of the costs of the
Starlight Dr. #1521 & #1485 stormwater project in St. Louis

County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1991.
