HomeMy Public PortalAbout08375 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8375 AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a portion of a road in a 30 foot wide tract of land being part of Section 22, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject portion of said road, and has agreed to grant a suitable alternate road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following described portion of a thirty foot (30') wide road (Wolff Drive): Beginning at a point in the South line of Wolff Drive, 30 feet wide, being distant North 89 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds West 95.84 feet from the Northwest corner of property conveyed to Christopher Bublis and wife by deed recorded in Book 8196, Page 117 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Westwardly along said South line of Wolff Drive, 30 feet wide, North 89 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds West 32.03 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 49 degrees 07 minutes 45 seconds East 20.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 1.37 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears South 53 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds West 330.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 35.92 feet to a point; thence North 43 degrees 10 minutes 58 seconds West 2.35 feet to a point in the North line of said Wolff Drive, 30 feet wide; thence Eastwardly along said North line of Wolff Drive, 30 feet wide, South 89 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds East 109.60 feet to a point; thence South 60 degrees 26 minutes 26 seconds West 59.77 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.048 acres according to calculations by Volz Engineering & Surveying, Inc. on March 26, 1991. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1991.
