HomeMy Public PortalAbout08376 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8376 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 89026 (Meramec Heights - Section 1) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 89026 (Meramec Heights - Section 1). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 89026 (Meramec Heights - Section 1) shall be as follows: Beginning at the southeastern corner of Lot 40 in Block 12 of Meramec Heights, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3 Page 51 of the St. Louis County Records said corner being in the western line of Lodgehill Drive 50 feet wide; Thence southwardly along the western line of Lodgehill Drive a distance of 250.00 feet to its intersection with the westward prolongation of the northern line of Lot 20 in Block 8 of said Meramec Heights; Thence eastwardly along said westward prolongation of Lot 20 and the northern lines of Lots 20 thru 13, Block 8 of said Meramec Heights, a distance of 250.00 feet to the northeastern corner of said Lot 13; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of Lot 13, 100.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 13; Thence continuing along the prolongation southwardly of the eastern line of Lot 13, a distance of 50.00 feet to the northeastern corner of Lot 28 in Block 2 of said Meramec Heights; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 28 to the southeastern corner thereof; Thence eastwardly along the northern lines of Lots 12 thru 4 of said Block 2, a distance of 225.00 feet to the northeastern corner of Lot 4; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of Lot 4 and its prolongation 2 southwardly, a distance of 130.00 feet to a point in the southern line of Longstone Lane, 30 feet wide; Thence eastwardly along said southern line to the easternmost corner of Parcel 4 of property conveyed to Carrabino Enterprise, by deed, recorded in Deed Book 5686, Page 456 of the St. Louis County Records; Thence southwestwardly along the southeastern line of said Parcel 4 to its intersection with the northeastern line of Big Bend Road, 80 feet wide; Thence northwestwardly along the said northeastern line of Big Bend Road to its intersection with the said southern line of Longstone Lane, 30 feet wide; Thence southwestwardly along a straight line to the northernmost corner of property conveyed to Florence N. Baur by deed recorded in Deed Book 5058 Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records; Thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Baur property to its intersection with a line 100 feet south of, as measured along a radial line and parallel to the southern line of Big Bend Road, 80 feet wide; Thence westwardly and northwestwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with the northern line of Highland Ave. 30 feet wide; Thence westwardly along the said northern line of Highland Ave. to its intersection with the southeastern line of the Union Pacific Rail Road Right of Way; Thence northeastwardly along the said southeastern line of the Union Pacific Rail Road Right of Way to its intersection with the southern line of Lot 10 in Block 21 of said Meramec Heights; Thence eastwardly along the southern line of Lot 10 and its prolongation eastwardly to the northwestern corner of Lot 12 in Block 5 of said Meramec Heights; Thence continuing eastwardly along the northern lines of Lots 12 thru 9 of said Block 5 to the intersection with the southwestern line of Big Bend Road, 80 feet wide; Thence northwestwardly along the said southwestern line of Big Bend Road to its intersection with the northwestern line of said Union Pacific Rail Road Right of Way; Thence southwestwardly along said northwestern line to its intersection with a line 100 feet south of, as measured along a radial line, and parallel to the south line of Big Bend Road, 80 feet wide; Thence westwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with the west line of property conveyed to Beverly A. Hawkins by deed recorded in Deed Book 7984 Page 1210 of the St. Louis County Records; Thence northwardly along the western line of said Hawkins property to a point in the southern line of Big Bend Road; Thence continuing northwardly along a straight line to the southwestern corner of property conveyed to Richard C. Hafner by deed recorded in Deed 3 Book 8247 Page 1075 of the St. Louis County Records; Thence northwardly along the western line of said Hafner property to its intersection with a line 150 feet north of, as measured along a perpendicular line, and parallel to the northern line of Big Bend Road, 80 feet wide; Thence eastwardly and southeastwardly along said parallel line to a point in the aforesaid northwestern line of the Union Pacific Railroad Right of Way; Thence southwardly along said northwestern line of to a point in the northeastern line of Big Bend Road; Thence southeastwardly along the said northeastern line to its intersection with the southern line of Rosebank Lane, 50 feet wide; Thence eastwardly along said southern line to the northeast corner of Lot 19 in Block 5 of of aforesaid Meramec Heights; Thence northwardly along a straight line to the southwest corner of Lot 27 in Block 6 of said Meramec Heights; Thence northeastwardly along a straight line to the northwest corner of Lot 21 in said Block 6; Thence eastwardly along the northern line of said Lot 21 to the southeastern corner of Lot 29, in said Block 6; Thence northwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 29 to a point in the southern line of Montwood Lane, 50 feet wide; Thence eastwardly along said southern line of Montwood to the northeastern corner of Lot 39 in said Block 6; Thence northwardly along a straight line to the southwestern corner of Lot 10 in Block 13 of said Meramec Heights; Thence continuing northwardly along the western line of said Lot 10 to the northwestern corner thereof; Thence eastwardly along the northern lines of Lots 10 thru 5 in said Block 13 to the southwestern corner of Lot 22 in said Block 13; Thence northwardly along the western line of said Lot 22, a distance of 25 feet to a point; Thence northeastwardly along a straight line to the northeastern corner of Lot 25 in said Block 13, said corner being the intersection of the western line of Towerview Drive, 50 feet wide, with the southern line of Overlook Drive, 50 feet wide; Thence southwardly along the western line of Towerview Drive, 50 feet wide to its intersection with the prolongation westwardly of the southern line of Lot 21 in Block 12 of said Meramec Heights; Thence eastwardly along the westwardly prolongation of said Lot 21 and along the southern line of Lots 21 thru 40 in said Block 12 to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
