HomeMy Public PortalAbout08377 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8377 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 91079 (Meramec Heights - Section 2) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 91079 (Meramec Heights - Section 2). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 91079 (Meramec Heights - Section 2) shall be as follows: Beginning at the northeastern corner of Lot 17 in Block 11 of Meramec Heights, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3 Page 51 of the St. Louis County Records; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 17 and its prolongation southwardly to the northwestern corner of Lot 25 in Block 8 of said Meramec Heights, said point being in the south line of Montwood Lane 50 feet wide; Thence eastwardly along the northern lines of Lots 25 thru Lot 28 of said Block 8 to the northeast corner of said Lot 28; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 28 to the northwestern corner of Lot 12 in said Block 8; Thence eastwardly along the northern lines of Lots 12 thru 3 in said Block 8 to the northeastern corner of said Lot 3; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 3 and its prolongation southwardly to a point in the southern line of Rosebank Lane, 50 feet wide; Thence eastwardly along the southern line of Rosebank Lane to the northeastern corner of Lot 24 in Block 1 of said Meramec Heights; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 24 to the northwestern corner of Lot 16 in said Block 1; Thence eastwardly along the northern lines of Lots 16 thru 8 in said Block 1 to the northeastern corner of 2 said Lot 8; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 8 and its prolongation southwardly to a point in the southern line of Longstone Lane, 30 feet wide; Thence eastwardly along the said southern line of Longstone Lane, 60 feet more or less to the northeast corner of Parcel 2 of property conveyed to Carrabino Enterprise by deed recorded in Deed Book 5686, Page 456 of the St. Louis County Records; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Parcel 2 to its intersection with a line 150 feet south of, as measured along a perpendicular line, and parallel to the southern line of said Longstone Lane; Thence westwardly along said parallel line to a point in the southeastern line of Parcel 4 of said Carrabino Enterprise property; Thence northeastwardly along the said southeastern line of Parcel 4 to a point in the aforesaid southern line of Longstone Lane, 30 feet wide; Thence westwardly along the said southern line of Longstone Lane to its intersection with the prolongation southwardly of the eastern line of Lot 4 in Block 2 of said Meramec Heights; Thence northwardly along said prolongated line and along the said eastern line of Lot 4 to the northeastern corner thereof; Thence westwardly along the northern line of Lots 4 thru 12 in said block 2 to the southwestern corner of Lot 29 in said Block 2; Thence northwardly along the western line of said Lot 29 to the northwestern corner thereof; Thence continuing northwardly along a straight line to the southeastern corner of Lot 13 in the aforesaid Block 8 of Meramec Heights; Thence northwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 13 to the northeastern corner thereof; Thence westwardly along the northern lines of Lots 13 thru 20 in said Block 8 and along the prolongation westwardly of the said northern lines to a point in the aforesaid western line of Lodgehill Drive, 50 feet wide; Thence northwardly along the said western line of Lodgehill Drive to the southeastern corner of Lot 40 in Block 12 of said Meramec Heights; Thence westwardly along the southern line of Lots 40 thru 21 in said Block 12 to a point in the eastern line of Towerview Drive, 50 feet wide; Thence northwardly along said eastern line of said Towerview Drive to its intersection with the southern line of Overlook Drive, 50 feet wide; Thence eastwardly along said southern line of said Overlook Drive to its intersection with the prolongation southwardly of the western line of Lot 14 in Block 14; Thence northwardly along said prolongation southwardly of the western line of said Lot 14 and along said western line of said Lot 14 to the northwestern corner thereof ; Thence eastwardly 3 along the northern line of Lots 14 thru 7 in said Block 14 to the northeastern corner of Lot 7 thereof; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 7 and along its prolongation southwardly to its intersection with the southern line of said Overlook Drive; Thence eastwardly along said southern line of Overlook Drive to the northeastern corner of Lot 24 in said Block 11; Thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot 24 to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
