AN ORDINANCE, appropriating a total of Ninety-six
Thousand Two Hundred Forty-one and 96/100 Dollars ($96,241.96) to
be funded as follows: Thirty-eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy-
six and 43/100 Dollars ($38,176.43) from the Ellisville Operating
Fund and Fifty-eight Thousand Sixty-five and 53/100 Dollars
($58,065.53) from the St. Louis County Sewer Operating Fund, to be
used for Phase IV of sewer rehabilitation and/or sewer cleaning in
the Ellisville and St. Louis County Sewer Service Areas; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to
enter into a contract with Insituform Missouri, Inc. for the
aforesaid sewer rehabilitation and/or sewer cleaning.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-six Thousand Two
Hundred Forty-one and 96/100 Dollars ($96,241.96) to be funded as
follows: Thirty-eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy-six and 43/100
Dollars ($38,176.43) from the Ellisville Operating Fund and Fifty-
eight Thousand Sixty-five and 53/100 Dollars ($58,065.53) from the
St. Louis County Sewer Operating Fund, is hereby appropriated to
be used for Phase IV of sewer rehabilitation and/or sewer cleaning
in the Ellisville and St. Louis County Sewer Service Areas.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Insituform Missouri, Inc. for Phase IV of sewer rehabilitation
and/or sewer cleaning in the Ellisville and St. Louis County Sewer
Service Areas in St. Louis County, Missouri, said contract to be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
