AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract amendment with Phyllis and
Stanley Campbell for the recovery of costs for a period not to
exceed thirty years by said Phyllis and Stanley Campbell for the
construction of sanitary sewers for Old Halls Ferry and Nordell
Court (Nordell Court Apartments) P-17576, within the Coldwater
Creek Trunk Subdistrict of the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8171, adopted September 12,
1990, authorized the execution of said contract, and
WHEREAS, the amendment as herein authorized will extend
the period for the recovery of costs by said Phyllis and Stanley
Campbell to thirty years, as directed by Ordinance No. 340,
adopted November 5, 1959,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract amendment
with Phyllis and Stanley Campbell for the recovery of costs for a
period not to exceed thirty years by said Phyllis and Stanley
Campbell for the construction of sanitary sewers for Old Halls
Ferry and Nordell Court (Nordell Court Apartments) P-17576, within
the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict of the District.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
