AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Kemper Insurance
Company, (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for the District's
Contractor's Equipment Insurance coverage from July 1, 1991 to
June 30, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Kemper Insurance Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Contractor's Equipment
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Four Thousand Eight Hundred
Eighty-three Dollars ($4,883.00) such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such Contractor's Equipment Insurance
coverage from July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
