AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Federal/Chubb
Insurance Company, (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for the
District's Fiduciary Liability Insurance coverage from July 1,
1991 to June 30, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Federal/Chubb Insurance Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Fiduciary Liability Insurance
coverage, at a premium of Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-six
Dollars ($11,866.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded the
contract for such Fiduciary Liability Insurance coverage from July
1, 1991, to June 30, 1992.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
