AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to General
Reinsurance Corporation (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for the
District's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage from
July 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The General Reinsurance Corporation, who
submitted a quote for the District's Excess Workers' Compensation
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Forty-seven Thousand Six
Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars ($47,637.00) for such policy period,
is hereby awarded the contract for such Excess Workers'
Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 1991, to June 30,
1992.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
