AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to lease to Gannett Outdoor Company of St. Louis certain
real property of the District in St. Louis County, Missouri for
the placement of an outdoor sign, and to execute a Lease Agreement
upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set out.
WHEREAS, the use of said property as herein specified
will not interfere with any District operations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to lease to Gannett Outdoor
Company of St. Louis, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
set out, for the placement of an outdoor sign, the real property
of the District in St. Louis County, Missouri on the east side of
Route I-55 north of Union Road, fronting Hoffmeister Avenue.
Section Two. The lease shall be for a term of twenty
(20) years, commencing April 1, 1991 and terminating March 31,
2011, at the rental of Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00) for
the first year of said lease, with a rental increase of two
percent (2%) for each subsequent year.
Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized to execute a Lease Agreement giving effect

to Sections One and Two hereof, and embodying such other terms and
conditions as approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
