AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to International
Surplus Lanes (Crum & Forster) (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent)
for the District's Public Official Liability Insurance coverage
from July 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. International Surplus Lanes (Crum &
Forster), who submitted a quote for the District's Public Official
Liability Insurance coverage, at a premium of Sixty Six Thousand
One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($66,150.00) for such policy period, is
hereby awarded the contract for such Public Official Liability
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
