AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to subordinate certain rights across portions
of an easement owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of highway
improvements on Mason Meadows Court in Mason View Estates, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said
easement will not interfere with the sewer services provided
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
does hereby subordinate certain rights across portions of an
easement owned by the District to St. Louis County, Missouri for
the purpose of highway improvements on Mason Meadows Court in
Mason View Estates in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the
District an instrument giving effect to Section One hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
