AN ORDINANCE, vacating any interest that the District
may have in sewer easements in Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in Block
3 of the Town (now City) of Clayton, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
the District to vacate the subject easements, and this District
has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easements in
Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in Block 3 of the Town (now City) of
Clayton, in St. Louis County, Missouri, described below are hereby
vacated, to wit:
The easements in Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in Block 3 of the
Town (now City) of Clayton as recorded in Deed Book
1484, Page 369; Deed Book 1504, Page 155; Deed Book
1613, Page 534 and Deed Book 3581, Page 294, and shown
in Plat Book 1, Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
