AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a portion of a utility easement and road easement
in a 30 foot wide tract of land being parts of Lot 4 of Clifton
Bluffs in Township 43 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject portion of a utility easement and road easement, and
has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in
the following described portion of a thirty foot (30') wide
utility easement and road easement (Clifton Bluffs Court): Commencing at the southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 4; thence along the south line of said Lot 4 North 64 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West for a distance of 472.36 feet to a point on the east line of a 30-foot wide Private Road and Utility Easement; thence along said east line North 17 degrees 35 minutes East for a distance of 10.09 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 64 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West for a distance of 30.28 feet to a point on the west line of aforesaid Road and Utility Easement; thence along said west line North 17 degrees 35 minutes East for a distance of 108.46 feet to a point; thence South 70 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds East for a distance of 14.14 feet to a point; thence South 64 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East for a distance of 16.02 feet to a point on the east line of aforesaid Road and Utility Easement; thence along said east line South 17 degrees 35 minutes West for a distance of 109.82 feet to the true point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 159, Page 78 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
