AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 2 of Cookshire Subdivision, in the City of Chesterfield, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point being the intersection of the northwestern property corner of Lot 1 with the southwestern property corner of Lot 2 of said Cookshire Subdivision; thence along the Western property line of said Lot 2 North 05 degrees 31 minutes East a distance of 15.41 feet to a point; thence leaving said property line North 84 degrees 47 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 17.90 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along same line North 84 degrees 47 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 81.00 feet to a point; thence South 02 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 10.08 feet to a point; thence South 84 degrees 47 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 26.75 feet to a point; thence North 84 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 53.89 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 7367, Page 1306 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
