AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 5 of Cookshire Subdivision in the City of Chesterfield, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the adjacent property has agreed
to grant to the District an additional easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 5 of Cookshire Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 288, Page 58 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Recorder of Deeds Office and being in the east right-of-way line of Cookshire Lane, 50 feet wide, of said subdivision; thence South 87 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 02 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 2.50 feet to the true point of beginning of the easement to be vacated; thence South 87 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 93.94 feet to a point in the west line of a 10 foot wide easement; thence along the west line of said easement North 01 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 2.50 feet to a point; thence leaving said easement North 87 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 93.79 feet to a point in the east line of a 10 foot wide easement; thence along said easement South 02 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 2.50 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 288, Page 58 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
