AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 6 of Cookshire Subdivision, in the City of Chesterfield, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point being the intersection of the southwest property corner of Lot 6 with the northwest property corner of Lot 7, said point also being on the eastern right-of-way of Cookshire Lane (50' W); thence along the said eastern right-of-way North 02 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 15.14 feet to a point; thence leaving said right-of-way North 84 degrees 47 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 10.08 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along the same line North 84 degrees 47 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 58.87 feet to a point; thence North 26 degrees 15 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 32.98 feet to a point; thence North 01 degrees 12 minutes West a distance of 3.18 feet to a point; thence South 84 degrees 47 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 45.67 feet to a point; thence South 5 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence South 84 degrees 47 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 42.84 feet to a point; thence South 02 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 10.08 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 7367, Page 1306 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
