AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 18 of The Hamptons, in the City of Town & County, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southernmost corner of said Lot 18; thence along the Southwest line of said Lot 18 and the direct Northwestwardly prolongation thereof North 48 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds West 94.39 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds West 7.56 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 48 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds West 187.71 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West 13.32 feet to a point; thence South 48 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds East 207.88 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds West 15.13 feet to the actual point of beginning and containing 1,978 square feet according to calculations by Volz Engineering & Surveying, Inc. on May 10, 1991, as recorded in Plat Book 289, Page 88 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
