AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement,
as recorded in Deed Book 1469, Page 313, and located in Section 2,
Township 44 North, Range 5 East, in the City of Kirkwood, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has granted to
the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement,
located in a parcel in Section 2, Township 44 North, Range 5 East,
in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri, described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the southern line of said parcel in Section 2, Township 44 North, Range 5 East being distant North 45 degrees 10 minutes 49 seconds West two hundred fifty-two and 46/100 feet (252.46') from the southeast corner of said parcel; thence North 40 degrees 17 minutes West a distance of ten and 5/100 feet (10.05') to a point; thence North 55 degrees 24 minutes 33 seconds East a distance of thirty-four and 26/100 feet (34.26') to a point; thence North 71 degrees 9 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of thirty-six and 83/100 feet (36.83') to a point; thence South 55 degrees 24 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of sixty-eight and 71/100 feet (68.71') to the point of beginning, in said parcel in Section 2, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, as recorded in Deed Book 2321, Page 372 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
