AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 202 of
Sunland Hills Plat 4, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The 10 foot (10') easement on the south property line of Lot
202 of Sunland Hills Plat 4, as recorded in Plat Book
110, Pages 38 and 39 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 19, 1991.
