AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($7,350.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Weber Road
#6331 (90120), in St. Louis County, Missouri; and confirming a
contract with Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. for the
construction of the aforesaid storm sewers, in compliance with
Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-five Dollars
($5,365.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs, easement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-
five Dollars ($1,985.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($7,350.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of
storm sewers in Weber Road #6331 (90120), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.

Section Two. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Weber Road #6331 (90120), in St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 1st day of May, 1991 and formally executed on
the 11th day of June, 1991 by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is
hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
