AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Southern Winds Associates,
a joint venture whereby said Southern Winds Associates will pay
the District for a portion of the costs of design and construction
of the Telegraph Road Interceptor Sewer as undertaken by the
District to serve Wynfield Estates (P-15806) residential project
as constructed by Southern Winds Associates.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Southern Winds
Associates, a joint venture whereby said Southern Winds Associates
will pay the District for a portion of the costs of design and
construction of the Telegraph Road Interceptor Sewer as undertaken
by the District to serve Wynfield Estates (P-15806) residential
project as constructed by Southern Winds Associates, a joint
venture.
Section Two. The contract as authorized in Section One
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1991.
