AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the
administration of the District's Employees' Assistance Program
(EAP), and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with Healthline, Inc. for the
administration of said program.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the administration of the District's Employees'
Assistance Program (EAP).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Healthline,
Inc. for the administration of the District's Employees'
Assistance Program (EAP).
Section Three. The contract authorized in Section Two
above shall provide for an initial term of one year with two
additional one year extension periods to be exercised at the
option of the District, and such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1991.
