AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Master Common Area of Arlington Terrace Plat Two at the
Villages of Cherry Hills in the Northeast Quarter and the
Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 44 North, Range 3 East,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Village Hills (forty feet wide) Parkway and the centerline of Lancaster Estates (forty feet wide) Drive; thence along the centerline of said Lancaster Estates Drive, South 85 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds West, 40.46 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 150.00 feet an arc length of 83.79 feet to a point of tangency; thence South 53 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West, 58.36 feet; thence South 68 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East, 38.47 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 60 degrees 31 minutes 27 seconds East, 19.29 feet; thence South 68 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East, 49.56 feet; thence South 00 degrees 13 minutes 45 seconds East, 128.13 feet; thence South 64 degrees 44 minutes 09 seconds West, 16.56 feet; thence North 00 degrees 13 minutes 45 seconds West, 124.98 feet; thence North 68 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds West, 51.53 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 263, Pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1991.
