AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Resubdivision of Lot 46 of Maryland Heights, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Ten (10) foot wide sewer easement in Lot 1 of the
Resubdivision of Lot 46 of Maryland Heights as recorded
in Plat Book 297, Page 82 of the St. Louis County
records and further described as follows: Beginning at
the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of the Resubdivision of
Lot 46 of Maryland Heights, thence along the centerline
of said 10' easement South 64 degrees 18 minutes 7
seconds East to a point on the East line of Lot 1, said
point being 45' from the Northeast corner of Lot 1;
excepting therefrom the western ten (10) feet, the
Northern five (5) feet and the Eastern five (5) feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1991.
