AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lot 9 of Windsor Acres, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portions of said sewer
easement, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a sewer easement
described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Windsor Acres as
recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 35 of the St. Louis County records.
Said two parcels being part of a ten (10) foot wide easement in
Lot 9 of said Windsor Acres. Parcel 1 - Beginning at the southwestern corner of said Lot 9, said corner also being the eastern right-of-way of Orchard Lane (40 feet wide); thence North 00 degrees 55 minutes East along said right-of-way line of Orchard Lane (also being the western line of Lot 9) a distance of 10.00 feet to the North line of this 10.00 foot wide easement; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes East along the Northern line of said easement, said line being parallel to the South line of Lot 9, a distance of 233.01 feet to a point on the Western line of a 10.00 foot wide easement granted to the City of Kirkwood for sewer purposes, said easement is recorded in Deed Book 1583 on Pages 273-274 of the St. Louis County records; thence South 11 degrees 16 minutes East along the Western line of said sewer easement granted to the City of Kirkwood a distance of 10.20 feet to a point in the South line of Lot 9; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes West along the South line of Lot 9 (same said line also being the South line of the easement to be vacated) a distance of 235.16 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point 10.00 feet west of the southeastern corner of said Lot 9; thence North 89
degrees 59 minutes West along the South line of Lot 9 a distance of 61.65 feet to the eastern line of a 10.00 foot wide easement granted to the City of Kirkwood for sewer purposes, said easement is recorded in Deed Book 1583 on Pages 273-274 of the St. Louis County records; thence North 11 degrees 16 minutes West along the eastern line of said sewer easement as granted to the City of Kirkwood, a distance of 10.20 feet to a point in the northern line of the easement to be vacated; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes East along the North line of the easement 10.00 feet wide as shown on the recorded on the plat Windsor Acres a distance of 63.82 feet to a point in the eastern line of Lot 9; thence South 1 degree 01 minute west along a line parallel to the eastern line of Lot 9 a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1991.
