AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lots 8, 9
and 10 of Pearl City Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five foot (5') wide sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 10 of Pearl City
Subdivision, aforesaid; thence North 88 degrees 29
minutes 34 seconds West along the southerly line of
Lots 10, 9 and 8 of said Pearl City Subdivision, 150.13
feet to the southwest corner of Lot 8 of said Pearl
City Subdivision; thence North 01 degree 09 minutes 45
seconds East along the westerly line of said Lot 8,
5.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 29
minutes 34 seconds East 153.47 feet to a point on the
east line of said Lot 10; thence South 34 degrees 59
minutes 23 seconds West along the east line of said Lot
10, 5.99 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in
Plat Book 26, Page 79 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1991.
