AN ORDINANCE, making a final appropriation of Sixteen
Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($16,300,000.00) from the
Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for project
costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Trickling Filters
(BP-4, 90216) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Nos. 8167, 8168, 8169 and 8170,
adopted September 12, 1990 and Ordinance No. 8263, adopted January
9, 1991, appropriated the initial funding for said project costs,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Million Three Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($16,300,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for project
costs for the construction of the Trickling Filters (BP-4, 90216)
at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1991.
