AN ORDINANCE, making a final appropriation of Five
Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($5,300,000.00) from the
Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for project
costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Major Process
Equipment (BP-7, 90265) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment
Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Nos. 8235 and 8237 adopted December
12, 1990 and Ordinance No. 8286 adopted February 13, 1991,
appropriated the initial funding for said project costs, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Million Three Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($5,300,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for project
costs for the construction of the Major Process Equipment (BP-7,
90265) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1991.
