AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Forty
Thousand Dollars ($740,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund to be used for resident engineering
services for the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation
System in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #6
to Contract E-442 with Sverdrup Corporation and Havens and
Emerson, Inc., a joint venture, for said resident engineering
services.
WHEREAS, Amendment #6 defines the scope of services,
time and fees and payments for resident engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Forty Thousand
Dollars ($740,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water
Capital Improvement Trust Fund for professional services with
Sverdrup Corporation and Havens and Emerson, Inc., a joint
venture, for the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation
System, M.S.D. Contract E-442, Amendment #6.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #6 to Contract E-442
with Sverdrup Corporation and Havens and Emerson, Inc., a joint
venture, for resident engineering services for the Bissell Point

Watershed Overflow Regulation System in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
