HomeMy Public PortalAbout08468 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8468 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-five Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-nine and 30/100 Dollars ($55,949.30) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer during highway improvements on Route 100, .2 miles east of Rock Hill (91129), in St. Louis County, Missouri, and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Utility Agreement with the State of Missouri, acting by and through the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission (hereinafter referred to as "Commission") whereby the Commission will perform the construction for the aforesaid sanitary sewer relocation. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Fifty-five Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-nine and 30/100 Dollars ($55,949.30) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer during highway improvements on Route 100, .2 miles east of Rock Hill (91129), in St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Utility Agreement with the State of Missouri, acting by and through the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission whereby the Commission will perform the construction to relocate a sanitary sewer during highway improvements on Route 100, .2 miles east of Rock Hill, in St. Louis County, Missouri, said Utility Agreement to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1991.
