AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Eight Hundred Twenty-seven and 77/100 Dollars ($827.77) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Lynn
Haven for the District's share of the additional costs of the
Pershall Park stormwater project, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is part of St. Louis County,
Missouri's $5 Million Stormwater Bond Issue Program, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6994, adopted March 11, 1987,
authorized the District's participation in said Program, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8156, adopted August 8, 1990,
provided the initial funding for the District's participation in
said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Twenty-seven and
77/100 Dollars ($827.77) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Lynn
Haven for the District's share of the additional costs of the
Pershall Park stormwater project in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1991.
