AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for an
employee performance appraisal study, and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Powers, Carpenter and Hall, Inc., a Missouri corporation
d/b/a C & B Consulting Group, for the completion of said study.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for an employee performance appraisal study.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Powers,
Carpenter and Hall, Inc., a Missouri corporation d/b/a C & B
Consulting Group, for the completion of an employee performance
appraisal study, said contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1991.
