HomeMy Public PortalAbout08476 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8476 AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in portions of conditionally vacated streets, alleys and easements in U.S. Survey 2485 and 2679, Township 45 North, Range 6 East and Claynorth Place in the City of Richmond Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in subject portions of conditionally vacated streets, alleys and easements and this District has no further use for these conditionally vacated streets, alleys and easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following described portions of conditionally vacated streets, alleys and easements, to wit: Forty parcels of land located in U.S. Survey 2485 and 2679, Township 45 North, Range 6 East and in Claynorth Place as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 44 in the City of Richmond Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 1 - A strip of land being part 50 feet wide, being part of Lots 5 and 6 of the Partition of Edward J. Gay's Estate, in U.S. Survey 2485, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, said 50 foot wide strip being part of the 50 foot wide easement to the City of Richmond Heights, as recorded in Deed Book 1883, Page 92 of the St. Louis County Records; and the centerline of said 50 foot wide strip of land being more particularly described as: 2 Beginning at a point being distant North 23 degrees 26 minutes 56 seconds East 26.48 feet from the North line of Missouri State Highway 40/I-64, as widened by deed to the State of Missouri Parcel 2 recorded in Deed Book 3504, Page 515 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along said centerline North 85 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds West 100.08 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 04 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds East 185.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 290.60 feet to a point; thence North 04 degrees 10 minutes 18 seconds East 1459.12 feet to the point of ending.
