AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 30, 31, 32 and 33 of Summerhedge, Township 43 North, Range 5
East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Six parcels of land located in Summerhedge as recorded
in Plat Book 279, Pages 3 and 4 of the St. Louis County Records.
Said six parcels being portions of five (5) foot wide easements. Parcel 1 - The south five feet (5') of Lot 30, excluding the east fifteen feet (15') and the west ten feet (10'). Parcels 2 and 3 - The south and north five feet (5') of Lot 31, excluding the east fifteen feet (15') and the west ten feet (10'). Parcels 4 and 5 - The south and north five feet (5') of Lot 32, excluding the east ten feet (10') and west ten feet (10'). Parcel 6 - The north five feet (5') of Lot 33, excluding the east twenty-five feet (25') and the west ten feet (10'). The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1991.
