AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur-Frontenac for engineering services
for the final design of DC-10 Terrace/Carole/Highway 40 Sanitary
Relief (90020); and authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Contract E-721 with
Hall, Halsey & Wind, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur-
Frontenac for engineering services for the final design of DC-10
Terrace/Carole/Highway 40 Sanitary Relief (90020).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
Contract E-721 with Hall, Halsey & Wind, Inc. for engineering
services for the final design of DC-10 Terrace/Carole/Highway 40
Sanitary Relief (90020); and contract to be comprised of such
terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1991.
