AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 33 of
Nat Gregg Subdivision in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement in Lot 33 of Nat Gregg
Subdivision as recorded in Deed Book 8996,
Pages 197, 198 and 199 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 18, 1991.
