Home My Public Portal About08497 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8497 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Section 21, Township 45 North, Range 4 East in Stonebriar Plat Two, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the District suitable alternate easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Eleven parcels of land located in Stonebriar Plat Two as recorded in Book 297, Pages 4 and 5 of the St. Louis County Records. The land lies in Section 21, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. The parcels to be vacated are portions of sewer easements recorded in Deed Book 6862, Page 2416 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcels 1 through 11 being portions of ten (10) foot wide easements in Lots 32, 33, 37, 38, 45, 46, 69, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85 and 86 of said Stonebriar Plat Two.
