AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 44 of Four Winds Farm Estates Plat Four, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of the sewer
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The irregular easement on the west property line of Lot
44 of Four Winds Farm Estates Plat Four, as
recorded in Plat Book 180, Pages 24 and 25 of
the St. Louis County Records; excepting
therefrom the western five (5) feet, the
southern five (5) feet and the northern five
(5) feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 18, 1991.
