AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to be used for
project costs for the emergency repair of sanitary sewers in
Emergency Repair #10 Creve Coeur Mill Road at Missouri River
Treatment Plant (92008), in St. Louis County, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to
enter into a contract with Fred Weber, Inc. for the emergency
repair of the aforesaid sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to be used for project costs for the emergency repair of
sanitary sewers in Emergency Repair #10 Creve Coeur Mill Road at
Missouri River Treatment Plant (92008), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Fred
Weber, Inc. for the emergency repair of sanitary sewers in
Emergency Repair #10 Creve Coeur Mill Road at Missouri River
Treatment Plant (92008), in St. Louis County, Missouri, said
contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 18, 1991.
