HomeMy Public PortalAbout08510 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8510 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lots 1 and 2 of Johnson Hill and Adjusted Lot 2 of Johnson Hill Subdivision in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing for reference at the Southwest corner of said Adjusted Lot 2 and the North line of Tri Lane (25 foot wide road easement); thence along said North Line South 88 degrees 58 minutes 31 seconds East 78.95 feet to the original corner of Lot 2 of said Johnson Hill subdivision; thence along said original lot line North 00 degrees 23 minutes 21 seconds East 15 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Thence North 88 degrees 58 minutes 31 seconds West 5.00 feet to the West line of a 10 foot easement; thence along said West line North 00 degrees 23 minutes 21 seconds East 250.95 feet; thence South 89 degrees 03 minutes 17 seconds East 10.00 feet to the East line of said easement; thence South 00 degrees 23 minutes 21 seconds West 250.96 feet; thence North 88 degrees 58 minutes 31 seconds West 5.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 229, Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records, and as shown in Adjusted Lot 2 as recorded in Plat Book 205, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 2, 1991.
