AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Section 2 of
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of a tract of land described to Hennessey Development, Inc. by deed recorded in Deed Book 8482, Page 655 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the south line of said Hennessey Development, Inc. tract North 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 44.00 feet to the west line of a 10 foot wide easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Deed Book 6640, Page 1404; thence along the west line of said 10 foot wide easement, North 00 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West 15.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence continuing along the west line of said 10 foot wide easement, North 00 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West 85.04 feet to the south line of a 10 foot wide easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Deed Book 7155, Page 765; thence along the west, north and east lines of said easement, North 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 3.00 feet, North 00 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West 111.39 feet, South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East 10.00 feet, North 60 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East 24.57 feet, South 29 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East 10.00, South 60 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West 30.00 feet, South 00 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East 100.00 feet to the north line of a 10 foot wide easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Deed Book 6640, Page 1404; thence along the north, east and south line of said easement, South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East 3.00 feet, South 00 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East 85.04 feet, North 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 6640, Page 1404 and Deed Book 7155, Page 765 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 2, 1991.
