AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 55 of East Kirkwood, in Section 7, Township 44 North, Range 6
East, in the City of Oakland, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') sewer
easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the North line of Big Bend Boulevard, variable width with the East line of Holmes Avenue, 60 feet wide; thence along the East line of said Holmes Avenue, North 0 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East, 195.96 feet to the intersection of the South line of the aforesaid sanitary sewer easement said point being the point of beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence continuing along the East line of said Holmes Avenue, North 0 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East, 10.69 feet to the North line of the aforesaid sanitary sewer easement; thence along the North line of said sanitary sewer easement North 69 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East, 83.99 feet; thence North 85 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East, 36.58 feet to the South line of said sanitary sewer easement; thence along the South line of said sanitary sewer easement South 69 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West, 122.94 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 1471, Page 70 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 2, 1991.
