AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Inwood Corporation for the
recovery of costs for a period not to exceed thirty years by said
Inwood Corporation for the construction of sanitary sewers for
Lewis & Clark Subtrunk Phases III & IV (P-17211 & P-17212), within
the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Inwood Corporation for the recovery of costs for a period not to
exceed thirty years by said Inwood Corporation for the
construction of sanitary sewers for Lewis & Clark Subtrunk Phases
III & IV (P-17211 & P-17212) within the Coldwater Creek Trunk
Subdistrict of the District.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 6, 1991.
