AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title or interest of
the District in the public sewer, alley and an easement in Block 1
of Forest Park Manor in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject sewer, alley and easement, and the District has no
further use for said sewer, alley and easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer, alley and easement, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Block 1 of Forest Park
Manor Section 21, Township 45 North, Range 6 East as recorded in
Plat Book 28, Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1
being a portion of a fifteen (15) foot wide alley in said Forest
Park Manor. Parcel 2 being a portion of a six (6) foot wide
easement located in said Forest Park Manor and recorded in Deed
Book 2937, Page 228 of the St. Louis County Records. Neither
vacation of the alley or easement vacates any other easement or
alley which exists on the property. Parcel 1 Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 19 of said Block 1 of "Forest Park Manor"; thence North 89 degrees 09 minutes 37 seconds East 15.03 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 18 of said Block 1 of "Forest Park Manor"; thence South 02 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds West 244.13 feet along the East line of said vacated 15
foot wide alley to the North line of a 10 foot wide easement to the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 8343, Page 954 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 67 degrees 59 minutes 05 seconds West 16.54 feet along said North line of 10 foot wide easement to the West line of said vacated alley; thence North 02 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds East 250.12 feet along said West line of vacated 15 foot wide alley to the point of beginning in Block 1 of Forest Park Manor as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 Beginning at a point in the South line of vacated Eager Road, said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 19 of "Forest Park Manor"; thence along said South line of vacated Eager Road North 89 degrees 09 minutes 37 seconds East 9.02 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing along said South line of vacated Eager Road North 89 degrees 09 minutes 37 seconds East 210.38 feet to the West line of Brentwood Boulevard; thence along said West line of Brentwood Boulevard along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 63 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds West 55.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 6.49 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 09 minutes 37 seconds West 207.22 feet to a point; thence South 2 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds West 200.12 feet to the North line of Relocated Eager Road; thence along said North line of Relocated Eager Road, along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 62 degrees 25 minutes 21 seconds East 101.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 13.34 feet to a point; thence North 2 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds East 193.83 feet to the actual point of beginning as recorded in Deed Book 2937, Page 228 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 6, 1991.
