AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-one Thousand Dollars
($91,000.00) from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Fund to be
used for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Infrastructure Repair #008P (Midland Ridge (P-720) 90037), in St.
Louis County, Missouri; and confirming a contract with Truss
Brothers Construction Inc. for the construction of the aforesaid
storm sewers, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Fifty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-five Dollars
($59,375.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
advertisement costs, easement charges, and allowance for
construction change orders is Thirty-one Thousand Six Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($31,625.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-one Thousand Dollars
($91,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Extension and
Improvement Fund to be used for project costs for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure Repair #008P (Midland Ridge
(P-720) 90037), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract heretofore let by the

Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Infrastructure Repair #008P (Midland Ridge (P-720) 90037), in
St. Louis County, Missouri, with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 23rd day of
October, 1991 and formally executed on the 5th day of November,
1991 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed,
in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 6, 1991.
