AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-seven Thousand Three
Hundred Nine and 67/100 Dollars ($37,309.67) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to pay
the District's share of the total costs for the construction of
channel improvements in the Beirne Park Streambed Stabilization
Project (P-17758), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri at an estimated total cost of One Hundred
Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Eight and 35/100 Dollars
($113,308.35) toward the total costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute Thirty-
seven Thousand Three Hundred Nine and 67/100 Dollars ($37,309.67)
toward the total costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Three
Hundred Nine and 67/100 Dollars ($37,309.67) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to pay the District's share of the
total costs for the construction of channel improvements in Beirne
Park Streambed Stabilization Project (P-17758), in the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 6, 1991.
