AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty-eight and 89/100 Dollars ($3,638.89) from the Improvement
Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for
the construction of storm sewers in #33 Balcon Estates Stormwater
Project (P-17280) (92025), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Ten Thousand
Nine Hundred Sixteen and 68/100 Dollars ($10,916.68) toward the
total costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Three Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-eight Dollars and 89/100 Dollars
($3,638.89) toward the total costs of said project, and will
deposit said amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty-eight and 89/100 Dollars ($3,638.89) is hereby appropriated
from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of
the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in #33 Balcon
Estates Stormwater Project (P-17280) (92025), in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 6, 1991.
