AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the General Fund
of the District, and transferring said sum to General Counsel
Department Account No. 441 for legal judgment and claim
settlements for the remainder of the 1991-92 fiscal year.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8368, adopted May 8, 1991,
appropriated the initial funding for the payment of legal judgment
and claim settlements, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District, and said sum is hereby transferred to General Counsel
Department Account No. 441 for legal judgment and claim
settlements for the remainder of the 1991-92 fiscal year.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 6, 1991.
